Lighting Desing | the magic of lighting

Often we do not realize that lighting is crucial when it comes to define and give personality to any space. Proper lighting can make it bigger (the perception of it) or even make you feel different emotions and feelings. They play many factors to consider and the domain of these variables are what make the difference between a project and a good lighting design. We believe blindly in this style of work, which has more creativity than one might think at first. Often a mandatory for a tight budget, others the opposite.

It is at this point where the magic occurs. When lighting is mixed and blended with creativity and design. With quality first and adapting the latest technologies that are improving and making more efficient use of energy. It is true that, as in all sectors, the design is not always available to everyone. Flos and BMW experience and joined forces to develop efficient lighting and design to stand out from their competitors. The project name is Paul Cocksedge SESTOSENSO. It was presented at the Salone del Mobile in Milan and one of those projects brought together the three leading exponents in their respective industries: the automobile manufacturer BMW, Flos lighting company and designer Paul Cocksedge. The inspiration which motivates this presentation is found in the launch of the BMW 6 Series , the first complete system with LED lights.

If we talk of designer lamps, we have to talk about Foscarini. In this case, Foscarini Diesel joined and together they developed a catalog surprising with original designer lamps and an amazing personality. Young, with spirit, is capable of traveling from pop to rock, from the retro to the modern, from the most minimalist to the most striking art. This Diesel personality combined with the strength and ability Foscarini design makes for a fascinating project and a spectacular catalog.
