Warm light v/s Saving energy
For many decades, the classic light bulb has turned the people well and almost everywhere bringing light into the darkness. Sure but it has also helped to make itself redundant if its light other lamps were designed. The European Union has long since written the fight against the waste of energy on the flags and it did so, the light bulb in sight: An EU regulation, which has an almost complete end of the bulb result will be implemented progressively until 2016. But since there is energy-saving alternatives in every color of light, probably just nostalgic for the old technology will mourn.

Artemide Tizio

Today I want to take this opportunity and introduce one of my favorite lamps from Artemide: The Artemide Tizio.

Whenever I read something about the history of the Tizio, the designer Richard Sapper I'm a little sorry. It developed in the sixties with the Tizio one of the first halogen lamps at all.

If you look at this achievement from today's perspective, a milestone. Halogen lights would be faster and more enforced, which could not have been able to save on electricity ...
